Why Conversation is not giving notification popup or sound ?

Every time we have to click conversation or notification icon then only we can see the conversation is open but why there is no sound or pop up or email so that we can get easy notification without clicking anywhere , just like tawk to chat they do have notification sound this is just for example

We have an issue with one of our customers. They have a larger booking team. When a live chat comes in, they just see the notification in the window, but that often goes unseen. So a popup window or sound would be great. So they easy can identify that there is a message coming in
