Please add a setting or toggle toggle off-to stop internal system messages like:
  • "Opportunity Created"
  • "Workflow Triggered"
  • "Tag Applied"
  • "Assigned to User"
…from showing up in the main Conversation thread.
These messages clutter the view and make it harder to find actual interactions (texts, calls, emails). We'd like to use the conversation feed strictly for real communications.
This would be extremely helpful for tradies and mobile teams who want to see only what was
said
, not the backend automation logs.
Bonus: Let us choose which message types to show/hide in a settings panel.
