TikTok Messages Not Displaying Properly on Mobile & Sync Delays in CRM

We’re experiencing multiple issues with TikTok messages on mobile devices:
– When opening a TikTok conversation on the phone, the chat content does not load at all. It only shows the contact name, without any messages or TikTok icon indication.
– Some TikTok messages do not appear in the CRM immediately and only sync after we reply to the conversation.
– In certain cases, TikTok messages are displayed as “undefined”.
These issues occur specifically on mobile and impact visibility, response time, and message tracking. Please investigate the TikTok mobile sync and display behavior.
