I would like to submit a feature request regarding TikTok messaging integration inside GoHighLevel.

Currently, TikTok messages are not fully integrated into the Conversations system or AI automation workflows. We would like TikTok messages to function similarly to other communication channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and SMS.

Requested Feature:

Add TikTok direct messages into the GoHighLevel Conversations inbox

Automatically sync TikTok messages with contact profiles

Allow TikTok conversations to be assigned to AI Conversation Agents

Enable AI agents to automatically reply to TikTok messages

Support workflow triggers and automation based on TikTok message activity

Maintain message history within the contact timeline

Reason for Request:

Many businesses receive a large volume of leads through TikTok. Integrating TikTok messaging into Conversations and enabling AI automation would allow faster responses, improved lead qualification, and centralized communication management inside GoHighLevel.

This feature would significantly enhance social media lead management and automation capabilities for businesses using TikTok as a primary marketing channel.
