I understand that in order to improve security, GHL has disabled email syncing from users who are added to any subaccount.
But this means, none of our customers' emails sync. Because if we have a customer, they are a user in a subaccount.
So here's how it should actually work: Instead of disabling syncing for
any
user, just disable email syncing for users in the
same
subaccount as the ones you are added to.
But if you are in an agency, or you are in Subaccount A, then emails from users in Subaccount B should still sync.
Otherwise, we won't be able to sync any emails from any of our customers.
