Specify Private or Shared Messages

We have shared clients among our team. We also have dual relationships - like one client is also our company accountant. I would like to be able to mark all conversations as Shared or Private so that I can deliniate what is seen or not seen by my staff. Right now they can either see all or nothing when it comes to emails. Not everything needs to be seen by staff. I do want staff to be able to see all client service related emails, and would be able to indicate if a particular converstation should be marked as private.
