Specify a Separate Sending Email for Each User on User Profile

I've noticed an area in our system that could greatly benefit from an enhancement, particularly in terms of professionalism and email management.
Current Situation:
As it stands, the email linked to a user's account is automatically set as the sender email for all outgoing communications. This setup poses a challenge when the only available email is a personal one, which may not always convey a professional image.
Proposed Solution:
I believe it would be highly beneficial to integrate a feature that allows users to specify a separate sending email within their user profile. This would enable users to choose a more appropriate, professional email address for business-related correspondence, separate from their personal or default account email.
Benefits:
- Enhanced Professionalism:Users can maintain a professional demeanor by using business-specific emails.
- Flexibility:Offers flexibility for users who manage multiple email addresses for different roles or departments.
- Efficiency:While it's currently possible to manually change the sending email for each email sent, this process is cumbersome and not practical for regular use.
Implementation Considerations:
- This feature should allow easy switching between different sending emails.
- Ensuring security and privacy compliance when integrating multiple email addresses.
- I believe this enhancement will significantly improve our email communication process and present a more professional front to our clients and partners.
Looking forward to the community's thoughts and any additional insights!

Yes! It honestly feels like email management was an afterthought in GHL. We need support for multi-inbox departmental routing and individual user-level inboxing, with user-based permissions, proper parsing of the To: address, and intelligent routing based on who the message was actually sent to, not just the contact owner. Ideally, this would function like a modern shared inbox, giving teams structured access to department-level conversations while also ensuring users can manage direct communications addressed specifically to them.
Additionally, users should be able to select from multiple approved sender email addresses based on their role, department, or business entity, for example, sending as support@brandA.com, sales@brandB.com, or even brian@service1.com vs. brian@service2.com, depending on the context of the conversation.
I'm digging through the Ideas Board to see if anyone else is already pushing for this, because I’ve heard some of this may already be in development, and I’m hopeful that what I’ve heard is true!

Yes, Each Team member should have their own email or header under the dedicated domain and then choose to have emails from GHL forwarded to another email address.

Yes, agreed. This is especially important in the agency model, where I may have multiple companies, and with each company, I need to send out from a separate e-mail domain. As it stands currently, I cannot choose a different e-mail address when sending, and I cannot change my e-mail address in my profile, as it changes it in every instance where my profile is found.
Due to this limitation, I have to go outside of GHL to send for some businesses, so the conversation thread is now initiated outside of GHL.

I really need this feature for our team

I agree. Each user should be able to send and receive from their own email and the same goes for texting/sms. Why else is GHL asking for this information when setting up employees?
