Our team desperately needs a way to better sort and segment inbox messages. Right now, there is no reliable way to separate real client conversations from prospects, new applicants, or internal automated workflow activity. We need the ability to sort messages by phone number or by tag, along with additional filtering options that allow us to organize conversations based on contact type.
We send hundreds of automated workflow messages every day, and our staff struggles to locate the actual customer messages that require attention. Even when we filter for incoming messages only, the inbox still gets flooded with items that are not related to clients. This creates delays, bottlenecks, and frustration for both our team and our customers.
We are trying to transition fully to HighLevel and move away from external systems like Heymarket, but the current inbox limitations make that nearly impossible. A more powerful set of filters, views, and sorting tools would solve a significant operational challenge for us and many other service based businesses.
Please consider adding enhanced inbox filtering and segmentation so we can adopt HighLevel as our complete communications center.
