Also adding the option to have the unread and read message stay in the conversation tab even when an automations email is sent. Meaning, we've had email messages/replies in our conversations tab that we have had messages disappear from the conversations tab when an email is automatically sent from an automation workflow. When the messages are removed when an email is sent from a workflow, it results in missed replies to clients' incoming emails unanswered (either read or not read messages).

Correct it if you send email campaign or text and you receive the present inbound call in conversation its going to be buried underneath all the outgoing traffic

(can we combine the votes??) https://soapbox.wistia.com/videos/nL8f0YMdCn When doing DR, you continually have to scroll and search for unread messages as they thread in with the auto campaign send outs and sometimes they can be 20 to 50 messages deep before you find them. Would make life a lot easier for us notorious Database reactivators :) Cheers
