Currently, when customers use the reply feature of Facebook Messenger DM, it’s not always clear which specific message they are referencing if we are using the Conversations tool of GHL. This creates confusion for users and often requires going back to FB messaging or asking the client for clarification. It reduces efficiency and can cause miscommunication with clients.

Could you please add a feature that allows users to see which message the customer replied or "bumped" in the chat thread. This could appear as a quoted bubble above the reply.
