Setup default email formatting options such as font, font size, etc. Currently you have to change it with every email you send but there should be a setting where we can setup default settings.

As an agency owner and active daily user of the Conversations tab, it would greatly improve efficiency and consistency if I could set a default font family and size for all outgoing messages (emails, SMS, etc.).
Currently, I have to manually adjust the font for each email reply to maintain my branding and readability standards. This becomes time-consuming, especially when managing multiple client conversations per day.
Requested Functionality:
Ability to select and save a default font style and size in Settings > Conversations.
All outgoing messages would then use this font by default unless manually changed.
Optional override per message should remain available.
Benefits:
Saves time
Ensures brand consistency
Reduces user error
Improves user experience for both sender and recipient
Example use case:
Every email I send from the Conversations module should default to Open Sans, 14pt, without needing to adjust formatting each time.

Should be simple but its not a feature and hasn't been for the last few years although it has been requested various times. Please can we have this asap

Yes, please do this for websites as well. Every page has to have the font set. And even with the AI builder when you tell it to use your font, it still doesnt. Then I'll tell the AI builder to change all the fonts on the page, and it will change them to a "var - font" which still isnt right

It is BEYOND irritating to have to reformat every. single. email. that I write because we can't simply set a default that fits our brand, etc.
This has to change!!! :-)
