Instead of one shared inbox for every voicemail, we need to be able to assign voicemails to specific users to keep them private. For example, if someone calls in and needs to talk to John Smith, and they click on John Smith's menu or IVR option and leave a voicemail, the whole team shouldn't have access to that voicemail, just John.
