Manychat can do it, and GHL should too. Audio messages are so good for lead conversions after an Ad or something... It helps with credibility. This should also be an option on the conversations tab and prerecorded in a workflow!

Voice messages definitely convert better than text. We've seen clients stick with ManyChat just for this feature alone, which is frustrating since everything else works better in GHL.

Agree 100. Voice memos convert way better. For me this has been a huge issue when justifying clients to ditch ManyChat
