Multi-Select On Communication Type Filters

To have the ability to filter conversations by more than one option. For example if I dont want to see social media messages I would filter by what I want to see and leave out what I don't want to see. Currently only 1 can be selected.

At the moment, when using filters for the conversations tab, you can only select 1 channel at a time. For example 'instragram'. It would be SUPER helpful to be able to select instagram & Facebook to show both sets of messages in one list rather than having to jump between them all the time.

Hi Katrina Flores, this feature is now available with the new conversations ui! 🎉 It supports multi-select filtering, so you can include or exclude multiple message types. You can enable the new ui from Labs: “CRM Redesign – Contacts and Conversations.”
