See friendly name of the number people call/message you on, segment conversations based on how they contact you

It's awesome to have the ability to use multiple numbers within GHL for incoming calls.
However, having to click and hold on a message in the app (no explanation of this anywhere in the app, found out by accident) and then click the word details that pops up, to see which number that contact was calling/messaging you on, is too involved. And if you have multiple numbers you may not remember them all instantly, so a friendly name would be helpful here.
In the app and on the site it should say somewhere next to the call log or the message, the friendly name you have given to the phone number they contacted you on for that call/message. So that if you have distinct departments or businesses using the same account, you can easily tell which one is conversing with this customer/client. Without jumping through hoops to get to the information.
Perhaps even separating conversations for that contact into multiple distinct conversations based on which email/number, etc., they used to contact you.
And we would then also need some way of grouping different contact methods. For example, if they contact from this email, this number, this Facebook page, this website chat widget, this Instagram, etc., it's all for this one specific business/department or whatever, and all can go in the same conversation thread. Separate from other contact methods that are related to a different business/department, etc.
Having not only the persons number they are calling from but which number/friendly name for it, they are calling to, when the caller ID pops up through the app, would also be helpful. So, you know how to answer the call.

Make it easier to differentiate phone numbers
C

We use numerous phone numbers in our organization to help track different metrics. It is too difficult to differentiate which phone number a customer contacts us with as we are talking/texting with them. It then causes confusion for our customers when we accidently respond to them using the wrong phone number. It needs to be easier to tell what phone number a customer is using to contact us and what phone number we are responding from.
