It is frankly mindboggling that GHL does not have a GLOBAL search function, not just for conversations but for EVERY single field and object, whether they are standard or custom, within GHL. Users CONSTANTLY search for entries they or a team member made. This is an absolute MUST or we will move away from GHL and use something that is actually usable.

It is high time that GHL is implementing a GLOBAL search function across the WHOLE platform. Currently, they allow just 6 (seriously???) searchable fields per object which is ridiculous. One has to wonder how GHL has been built that things like global search that are a no-brainer standard in all other major CRMs apparently creates a major hurdle for GHL...

An alternative would be to extract the conversations and filter it yourself.
there's an app in the marketplace to export conversations, so what i basically do is import the CSV into an excel and filter.

2X Types of searches needed.
- at all conversations level
- search in one contact's conversation for the keyword
Use cases:
- For example I remember that I spoke to someone about golfing but I can't remember who. So I go to conversations and search for the word golf to see any mentions of the word in any conversations with all contacts.
2.) For example I know I spoke to Joe Bloggs about golf but can't remember the full details of what was said, so I open Joe Bloggs' contact record and search for keyword golf and it shows each email, and SMS etc for any mentions of the world golf.
