I 'd love to be able to schedule an email in the conversations feed so if I happen to be working outside of business hours I can schedule it to land in their inbox when they wake up.

Hi! As we use the chat window to go back and forth with leads via sms/ email. It'd be very helpful if we can have a schedule sms/ email button for each lead in the chat so we can schedule things ahead of time.
