I think it would be cool to have a filtration in the conversations tab similar to how you can filter in the contacts tab by pipeline, pipeline stage, tags, user, etc...

Saved Contact Lists & Advanced Filtering for Conversations Tab
E

Right now the conversations filtering is limited and clunky for service businesses managing multiple service lines.
What I need: the ability to create and save custom contact lists based on tags/criteria, then quickly access those lists directly from the conversations tab.
Use case example:
I have contacts tagged as "Permanent Lighting Leads"
I have contacts tagged as "Gutter Cleaning Leads"
I have contacts tagged as "Snow Removal Leads"
Instead of manually filtering every time I want to message a specific group or scrolling to find the right person, I want to create saved lists (like "All Lighting Leads") and click directly into that list from conversations to see only those contacts in the conversations tab.
This would let me:
Quickly segment and message specific service categories
Avoid repeatedly setting the same filters
Streamline communication workflow for multi-service businesses
For service businesses juggling multiple offerings, this would make the conversations tab way more functional and save tons of time daily.

Filter conversations by tag, workflow, opportunity stage

Conversations filtering is really limited.
We need to be able to filter conversations by USEFUL filters, such as what opportunity stage they're in, what workflow they are/were in, and what tags are applied

The desktop filtering works well but really need this on mobile too. Half our team manages conversations from their phones and they're missing the ability to quickly filter by assigned user.

We handle similar multi-service setups and the current filtering gets tedious fast. Having to rebuild the same tag filters every time just to see your snow removal conversations or lighting leads is painful. Saved lists would be perfect for this.

Definitely need this. Right now finding specific conversations is a nightmare when you're managing hundreds of leads.

Drew McMillin You're close. You're in Agency Settings but you're in Agency Labs. There should be a button that lets you look at Subaccount Options while you are in the Agency Labs Settings. That's where the CRM redesign is.

Susmitha Damarla that's great but I don't see any filter by pipeline and pipeline stage. I think this was the main point of this feedback and it would have been great to have.
