Reply As Contact Owner

Businesses should be able to reply from specific addresses.
When replying in the conversation, it should default to the contact owner.
For example:
If the contact owner is support - support@businessname.com replies
If Sales owns the contact - sales@businessname.com replies

This already exists. Whoever manually replies will be the sender, their details—name/email address will display as the sender on that email.
If the communication is set up inside a workflow, it will come from the assigned owner if the merge fields indicate such—(In Email Settings: Sender Info [User Email + User Name], Signature Merge field, or Merge fields for Username, Account Location, Phone, etc.)
