Reply all button for emails to show who's included

When in conversations tab and pushing reply all will send to all in the email thread. However, it's not visible to who and neither is the body of the email we're replying to. Would like to see who the reply all is going to so that I can add or remove emails that are cc'd and would like to see the body and subject we're replying to in the new email too please.

We have no control over how someone sends an email to us.
The sender put everyone on the To line. I want to reply all to everyone. But I don't have the option to Reply All. I can only reply to the person who sent it because they put all of us on their To line. If they had put all of us on their Courtesy Copy line HL would allow Reply All. But the sender was sending the email to all of us, not to me with a cc to the other recipients...

I think this is now resolved with the ability to show CC and BCC.
