This is critical!
Think of e.g. pscychologists who are given a subaccount and then we help them funnel and convert clients (patients).
Once the patients' contact details are in the system, all email exchanges between the pscychologist and their ptients are synced to GHL (if the pscychologist has connected their email address - which I'm sure many do), and Agency users added to the pscychologists subaccount would have full access to highly confidential exchanges between the pschologist and their patients.
This is just one example out of many which underlines the need for subaccount users to be able to switch off visibility of their exchanges with anyone else who might have access to their subaccount.
I propose a "Hide conversation details" toggle to be added below the "Hide event Details" toggle (which currently doesn't work, with Agency Admins and the Agency Owner currently having full insight into an Account User/Account Admin's calendar info - see https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/scheduling-calendar/p/hide-calendar-event-details-toggle-overridden-by-agency-admins-and-the-agency-ow) and to make sure that when any user toggles on "Hide conversation details" that not a single soul in the whole wide world is able to view their conversations, unless the user in question the option off.
The "Hide conversation details" toggle should also be selected by default and not be able to be toggled off by any user that has "Enable Login as" enabled under the "User Management" settings in Agency > Settings > Team - even if they're an Agency Admin or the Agency Owner.
Only the user should be given the right to decide to whom and when they'd like to reveal any of their confidential exchanges.
Not sure exactly what of the above is actually practically feasible, but something needs to change here...
