I'd like to request an enhancement to the Conversations feature: the ability to pop out emails into a separate window or panel for easier management and response.
This would significantly improve usability by allowing users to:
Compose and reply to emails without losing their place in the main Conversations view
Keep multiple email threads open at once
Navigate other parts of the CRM while maintaining visibility on active emails
Improve focus and efficiency, especially when handling high volumes of communication
This feature would be a huge help for teams managing multiple conversations and needing more flexibility in their workflow.
