Currently, chatbot message timestamps in GoHighLevel are displayed in 24-hour (military) time. It would be extremely helpful to have the option to switch to a 12-hour format (with AM/PM) to better align with user expectations, especially for U.S.-based clients and audiences who are more familiar with that convention.

This setting could be a simple toggle within the chatbot or account settings and would enhance readability and user experience. Adding this option would also ensure consistency across other parts of the platform that use 12-hour time formatting.
