Please provide an option to update the view of the list of Conversations.
Allow 2 options:
  • individual messages: in order of being received and
  • conversation threads (much like gmail) ordered by last message received.
A user could then navigate amongst the threads and when viewing a particular thread would see the messages/emails in the order they were received and see an icon that identifies the messages (email/SMS) that have not been read yet (much like Facebook messenger).
