Option for Gmail Threads vs Individual Messages

Please provide an option to update the view of the list of Conversations.
Allow 2 options:
- individual messages: in order of being received and
- conversation threads (much like gmail) ordered by last message received.
A user could then navigate amongst the threads and when viewing a particular thread would see the messages/emails in the order they were received and see an icon that identifies the messages (email/SMS) that have not been read yet (much like Facebook messenger).

The email conversation view is confusing - it would be ideal to replicate the standard options that platforms such as Outlook of Gmail give - show each email in order from newest to last (or the option to filter on date, subject etc..) or opt for a conversation view and to also add a search facility.

The current email view is pretty confusing honestly. Having to dig through to find specific messages when clients have long email threads gets old fast.
