Notifications - Filter, Assign & Complete

Salena Knight
Being bombarded with notifications means that many leads and communications just fall through the cracks leading to lost revenue and poor customer experience.
It would be beneficial to be able to:
- Filter notifications by type/channel (eg, sms/calendar/fb & insta/ email)
- Assign a notification to a user to ensure it's not overlooked
- Allow a notification to be "completed" so that each user (and management) can accurately see what needs to be responded to at any time

YES! And be able to mark a "read" notification as "unread" if it still needs to be addressed. Once "complete" it would be helpful to be able to mark them complete and be able to delete a SINGLE notification rather than ALL.
