New UI/UX for Conversations Feels Very Dated

New UI/UX for Conversations tab really threw me off. It feels super dated compared to the previous layout IMO. Please revert back to old layout. Old one felt more modern and clean.

agreed, huge user of the software, conversations tab is a core part of our entire business. new "modernized" layout is actually just very cramped, low contrast, hard to discern what is what. Sales & Marketing please give us the option change back. massive UI redesigns with no option to revert is confounding.

I'm 3 years into GHL and avoid the Conversations page because it's too confusing. I only communicate from the Contact page.

Same reaction here. The old layout was cleaner and faster to navigate. Not sure what problem this new design was solving.

Yeah the new layout threw me off too. Had to dig around to find basic functions that used to be right there.
