New Setting: Live Chat - Request Contact Info

Currently: There is a manual action to request contact info in the conversation section of a live chat. There is also a setting in the live chat builder where you can have a contact form sent automatically after the chat times out.
Request: I would love to see a new setting that allows the live chat widget to require a basic contact form BEFORE starting a live chat. This would save a lot of time gathering information during the conversation and the lead can already be recorded. This is also a time saver when utilizing conversation AI or other AI programs/builds in your live chat.
More Request: it would also be helpful to have this added as an action in workflows as well, a "Live Chat - request contact info" action for your live chat workflows/automations.

This is a must have really. The bot responds to all questions correctly, however we need a feature where as soon as the prospect agrees to book a call, we need their name, email and phone so we can book the call and send them the meeting details and follow up later on

Agreed. Although I've found that if you instruct the bot to collect name, email and phone number it WILL upload at least email and phone number to the "guest user shxhcva" contact record, and then it will update the contact with their name once they fill out the booking form so you don't have duplicate contacts. Seems to be a viable workaround for now!

I'm trying to do it only further on into the conversation, not right at the start, for example.
