Currently: There is a manual action to request contact info in the conversation section of a live chat. There is also a setting in the live chat builder where you can have a contact form sent automatically after the chat times out.
Request: I would love to see a new setting that allows the live chat widget to require a basic contact form BEFORE starting a live chat. This would save a lot of time gathering information during the conversation and the lead can already be recorded. This is also a time saver when utilizing conversation AI or other AI programs/builds in your live chat.
More Request: it would also be helpful to have this added as an action in workflows as well, a "Live Chat - request contact info" action for your live chat workflows/automations.
