Seeing Opportunities Created etc. in the conversation window should not be on by default. When a sales person goes to see a contacts conversation, all they should see is the text, email, and call history, INLUDING IVR calls.
We use various pipelines and opportunities being created to track things specific to our business. Our sales people should have the option of a clear conversation window by default.
We also rely heavily on IVR Calling recordings, so IVR calls should be included in the "Conversations" filter option.
