More Conversation Filter Options Inside Contact Record

Please add more filter options when looking at a conversation thread inside a contact record. We send out newsletters, promotional emails, etc. and we also use GHL for our customer service. It would be helpful if we could have a view where it filter out the emails sent from a particular sender and do not have a reply attached to it. That way we could scan our support tickets more efficiently. Please consider implementing this in a future update.
