We need to have the ability to have a separate message for the this call is being recorded message. one is for outbound calls and one is for inbound calls. Very important on outbound calls that we let them know who is calling first and then that the call is being recorded to prevent hang ups. On inbound calls we can greet them and let them know that the call is being recorded two separate messages completely.
