Please add a way to identify native Instagram reactions separately from standard Instagram DM messages, so we can either:
  • automatically mark reaction-only conversations as read, or
  • exclude Instagram reactions from creating unread conversation notifications
The goal is to keep actual Instagram DMs unread for staff while preventing emoji reactions from cluttering the unread inbox.
