Just make it so that they have no impact on the read status at all. They don't move the conversation to unread or read, so everything stays the same and it just counts as nothing and we only see replies.

Better still, have the option to mark ALL outgoing email campaigns automatically as read! So for example, I send out an email campaign (monthly newsletter) for one of my clients to 300+ contacts and the list is growing. If there are any unread emails, ALL of the outgoing emails (that we just created) show up as unread. Extremely annoying. And I am currently talking to two more potential clients that both have lists 100,000+!! Going through a quarter million unread messages is not an option for us. PLEASE add this simple option that already exists for automation workflows.
