there doesnt seem to be a readily available link on the conversations tab to acccess the contact record for that person. to access additional information i have to go to the contact tab, search, then click on the contact record to find out more details about any custom fields etc.. then back to the conversation tab to pick up the next conversation.. it seems onerous and unncessary when managing large numbers of conversations or sales opportunities. a link between the two, and to opportunities on the conversations tab would significatly increase sales efficiency.
