IVR system - show caller ID when calling vs 'IVR call'

When using the IVR system, all incoming calls show as 'IVR call' rather the contact's name. This is very limiting as our team would like to know who is calling before answering each call. We won't be using the IVR system until this feature is added.

Our receptionists basically ignore IVR calls because they can't tell if it's a hot lead or someone calling about their dog grooming appointment. Makes the whole system pretty useless honestly.

Same issue here. Our team answers way fewer calls when they can't see who's calling. Basic caller ID should definitely work through IVR.

It would also be nice to be able to select 1 or 2 fields that we could have show below the contacts name.
