We really need to revise the way we think what the "conversations tab should be"

I was thinking having a mail tab would be so helpful, where people can see all their emails or even a step up they can switch between their person and or see the group email. IE. sales staff can see the Sales@company.com email as they are all linked to it.

The conversation tab is great for having all your social media messaging in one place (if it had linkedin and tiktok messages as well)

but managing emails? those 3 dots of confusion and death? is this the latest email? or are they all jumbled up?

Will this email even send? what account am I sending this from?

I understand why it was built the way that it was, but I feel with the growth of highlevel, it maybe time to look at introducing a feel that is more like what we are used to with gmail etc.

You can still include consolidate all emails and social messages from X person under their contact card.

or find a creative way to show all these in a more cleaner way.
