I would like to be able to insert custom contact fields in the conversations module. Currently, we only see standard fields such as name, phone, email, tags, active automations, and DND. We often have personalized contact fields that activate automations, so it is necessary to exit the conversations module and open all the contact information to fill in a personalized field that could already be shown in the conversations module.
This possibility would help many users to optimize time and would make the conversation module even more versatile.
