As a frequent user of the HighLevel platform, I've noticed an area that could greatly enhance the efficiency and user experience for businesses. The Conversations Inbox, which is a critical feature for many companies, has a few shortcomings that, if addressed, could significantly improve its utility and functionality.
Here are my suggestions:
Increase Speed of the Conversations Inbox:
The current speed of the inbox is somewhat slow, especially when multiple team members are accessing and responding to messages simultaneously. Improving the speed would streamline communication and reduce response times, enhancing overall efficiency.
Indicate Active Responders:
A major issue arises when multiple team members attempt to respond to the same customer at the same time. Currently, there is no way to see who is typing a response. Implementing a feature that shows when another team member is typing would prevent duplicate responses and ensure a more organized approach to customer service.
