The issue currently is we want to have group chats where our admin team is in the group chat via the high level app, and then we want to add into for example 'John' via sms because he's not on the app. The problem is that by doing it all as SMS, then admin has a bunch of threads on their personal phone. If they could login to the CRM and be able to access those group chats it wouldn't have any negative impact on the staff and it would only be 1 group message to 'John'.
