A way of creating a group conversation consists of 1 client and multiple team members, only the team members who are allowed or assigned to that particular client. This is important when a client wants to protect his contact list by giving certain team members access to certain team members. I know this can be achieved my assigning a team member to a contact and allow assigned data only for the team member, but that restricts it to a single team member. We need multiple team members to be able to interacting with a single contact. So I am guessing we need multiple assignment for 1 contact? We ten also need a priority setup for the incoming call routing.
