Granular Email Privacy & Selective Sync

Provide a mechanism for "Selective Email Syncing" or a "Privacy Filter" for integrated Gmail/Outlook accounts to prevent sensitive executive communications (HR, legal, financial) from being visible to staff members within the Conversations tab.
Currently, the 2-way sync is an "all or nothing" feature. For Managing Directors and business owners who use their primary email for both high-level operations and sales:
Privacy Risk: Staff can see confidential emails regarding payroll, disciplinary actions, or sensitive company strategy.
Compliance Issue: It creates a potential GDPR or internal data privacy breach when unauthorised employees have access to executive-level correspondence.
Workaround Friction: Disabling sync entirely breaks the utility of the CRM for the MD, who still needs to track sales-related leads.
I suggest implementing one of the following:
The "Inbound Forwarding" Method: Provide a unique, system-generated "Forwarding Address" for each user. This allows the MD to manually forward specific sales threads from their inbox into GHL without syncing the entire account.
Folder-Based Sync: Allow users to select only specific Gmail labels (e.g., "CRM Leads") to sync with GHL, rather than the entire Inbox.
Permission-Based Visibility: A toggle in User Settings to "Keep My Conversations Private," where only the account owner or specific admins can view that user's email threads, even if they are linked to a contact.

The folder-based sync approach makes the most sense to me. We've had clients ask about this exact issue when they want to use their main business email but keep sensitive stuff separate. Right now they either skip the sync entirely or create a separate email just for CRM, which defeats the purpose.
