🚫 Forced banners hurt sales. We need a clean chat interface — promotional banners distract, reduce focus, and damage conversion. Please remove this banner to improve usability and customer experience.

Hello GHL Support Team,
I appreciate your previous response, but I’d like to stress that the banner currently displayed in my chat interface (“Boost message delivery by up to 9%...”) is negatively impacting my workflow.
From a sales and customer experience perspective, forced promotional banners reduce focus and can harm conversion rates, since they distract both my team and clients from the main communication flow. For us, clarity and a clean interface are essential to maintain trust and efficiency in conversations.
I kindly request that this banner be removed or disabled on my account. This adjustment would not only improve usability but also align with best practices in sales optimization and customer engagement.

Agreed, it's a large banner and it doesn't apply to my business. We provide legal services and our messaging is only to communicate with existing clients about their case. We do not market over WhatsApp, so increasing engagement and "getting messages to the right people" does not apply for us at all.
It's also very difficult to just update the feature to potentially remove the banner, because our company permissions make it very difficult to access the correct Facebook account with 2FA to perform the indicated steps.
The feature is not applicable, it's difficult to make the update to potentially remove banner automatically, and the banner is large and crowds the chat window. Would appreciate a feature to dismiss it.
