Followers Need Access to Call Recordings in Conversations

Users that are added as a Follower should also have access to call recordings. I was told by support to turn off the "User Permissions" for "Only Assigned Data" in order for that follower to listen to the call recordings. However, this is not a feasible solution and counterintuitive to the purposed of Followers.
Users who need to be restricted to their Assigned contact AND/OR Followed contacts need the "Only Assigned Data" setting turned ON. Followers were introduced to grant access to specific contacts regardless of the Assigned user. Restricting Follower access to call recordings impedes the Followers' ability to comprehend situations fully and make informed decisions.
Simply disabling "Only Assigned Data" defeats the entire purpose of the Followers feature. If we disabled the "Only Assigned Data", then we would not need the Followers feature, as that user would be able to see all the contacts.
In Summary:
Followers should have access to call recordings. Disabling 'Only Assigned Data' for this purpose is counterintuitive. Followers are meant to grant access to specific contacts beyond assigned ones. Restricting access to recordings hinders their ability to understand situations fully and make informed decisions. Disabling 'Only Assigned Data' would negate the need for the Followers feature altogether."

I propose the following improvements to the 'Only Assigned Data' permissions in our CRM to address key challenges and enhance overall usability:
- Access to Prior Recorded Conversations:
Current Issue: Users assigned to a contact cannot listen to prior recorded conversations.
Proposed Solution: Introduce granular permissions to allow admins to enable or disable access to previous recordings for users assigned to contacts.
- Calling from Multiple Numbers:
Current Issue: Assigned users are restricted to calling from the default number or one specifically assigned to them.
Proposed Solution: Allow users to call from any available number, facilitating communication with contacts in different states using local numbers.
- Calendar Access and Scheduling:
Current Issue: Users with 'Only Assigned Data' permissions can only see calendars they are part of, limiting their ability to schedule calls for others.
Proposed Solution: Permit these users to book calls for other team members, improving their operational efficiency.
- Access to Unassigned Data:
Current Issue: Users are restricted from viewing unassigned data.
Proposed Solution: Provide an option for users to see data assigned to no one, giving a broader perspective of potential leads or tasks.
These changes are crucial for large sales organizations that use a setter-closer model, ensuring flexibility, access to essential information, and efficient task management.
