I want to be able to see all emails and sms messages to a certain staff member without having to assign my contacts.

For example, I am texting with someone I want to be able to see that in my recents by default OR at the minimum be able to choose my name on the filter list. As a coaching company, assigning leads isn't helpful since they have multiple coaches.
