I think it would be cool to have a filtration in the conversations tab similar to how you can filter in the contacts tab by pipeline, pipeline stage, tags, user, etc...

The limitations when filtering Conversations makes it incredibly hard to use it efficiently as a team.
Currently, there is only an option to filter by "Last activity," but there should be an option to filter by "Last contact activity" (type & channel) from the contact.
For example, I don't see the option to filter these conversations by "Last Contact Activity Channel - Phone" because when we send an email blast to our entire contact list or they're in an email automation, the most recent activity will show email and I don't actually get to filter by the contacts last activity.
You need to be able to filter in conversations by "Last Activity from Contact is: x".

So far what I did for filtering pipeline stages, I had to create a user for each pipeline stage, then I created a workflow that adds that user as a follower for that specific contact based on the pipeline stage they're one (Trigger = pipele stage changed), then I use that to filter...... [ofc the first action I'm using removes all followers from that contact so they always only have one follower at a time] this removes contact followers from the feature stack, because using it as a filter is far more important than using it for what it was supposed to be used for..
Very annoying I had to do all that for a simple filter..
I don't understand why it's not possible to filter using tags as well..
We need this ASAP please and thank you :)
Hopefully this implementation will come with smart lists as well!!

In addition to filtering, there could be an option for the user to view only the unassigned contacts and those that would be assigned to him. Because everyone sees the conversations, it's very limited

I agree, this is.
A massive upgrade is needed, especially for agencies bringing in leads from multiple sources and using different conversation styles for the AB test.
This would be a massive upgrade in that it will change the game because some things cannot be filtered via smartlist in the contacts page, which is necessary for the conversations page

My agency and many subaccounts have this issue, it seems so basic that we would be able to filter by the phone or email sent/received so we aren't seeing the entire agency's messages. Very basic feature that has been lacking for years now.
