Core Platform: how is this completed? Admin cannot filter by assigned rep; there are only My Chats and All Chat options. You cannot filter conversations by Any Assigned Rep in the system as you can opportunities, etc.

Need more filters in the conversation page (tags, pipeline, etc). All my leads get lost because of it.

Yes please! Filtering based on contact tag would be super helpful as well.

I'd also add a filter for "Unassigned" conversations so that way they can be distributed.
