Inside the conversation section, the ability to not only filter by assigned users, but also by followers, as well. In the attached image, you can see that you can filter by assigned users, but not by followers.

Some businesses have multiple numbers used for different purposes. But one of the problems with the omni inbox is that it's difficult to see who is messaging who. It would be great to have an option to filter or have tabs to show conversations to particular owned phone numbers

Hey everyone!
I’d like to suggest a feature that would greatly improve how we manage customer communications. Our business has three departments—Gear, Service, and Sales—each with its own phone line, which clutters the Conversations tab and makes it hard to track interactions efficiently.
It would be incredibly useful if we could filter conversations by phone number or department, creating separate channels like a Gear Channel, Service Channel, and Sales Channel. This would help each department manage customer inquiries more effectively and improve response times.
I believe this feature would benefit other businesses with multiple departments as well. Please consider this for a future update!
