When the team are logged in to the app (Mon–Thurs) to take unscheduled calls, we’d love the option to enable a Do Not Disturb mode while on client calls.
It’s really distracting when the phone rings multiple times during a client session, sometimes even two or three times in a row. The ringing breaks focus and customer experience.
Right now, the only way to avoid this is by logging out completely - but that means the team often forget to log back in between calls. A simple DND toggle would make it much easier to stay available for unscheduled calls while preventing interruptions during active client sessions.
