When I send the first cold outreach message from native Instagram, that message never appears in the GHL conversation thread — only the prospect's first reply is captured. This means my AI bot has no context for how the conversation started and gives inaccurate suggestions.

Instagram's Messaging API supports a webhook field called message_echoes, which captures outbound messages sent from the native Instagram app. This is a standard Meta API feature.

Request: Please enable subscription to the message_echoes webhook event on your Instagram integration so messages I send from native Instagram appear in the conversation thread alongside inbound messages.

This is a configuration change on the webhook subscription your platform already uses for Instagram — not a custom build. It would significantly improve the Conversation AI experience for all users doing Instagram outreach.
