I’m currently scaling operations in Europe and there is a massive bottleneck for the Slavic market (Ukraine, Russia etc).
The Gap: These regions don't use SMS; they live on Telegram.
The ROI for GHL: > 1. Telegram Native Integration: Adding Telegram to the 'Conversations' tab would instantly unlock thousands of agencies in Eastern Europe where WhatsApp/SMS adoption for business is low.
- Russian/Cyrillic Localization: Most Slavic business owners are multi-lingual but their clients are not. Full Cyrillic support in the UI is the only thing stopping a mass migration from local CRMs (like Bitrix24 or AmoCRM) to GHL.
You are leaving a massive percentage of the EMEA market on the table. When is Telegram hitting the roadmap?

Makes sense from what I've seen with international clients. Telegram is basically the default business messaging app in those regions. Are you currently using any workarounds or just missing out on those markets entirely?
