I’m currently scaling operations in Europe and there is a massive bottleneck for the Slavic market (Ukraine, Russia etc).
The Gap: These regions don't use SMS; they live on Telegram.
The ROI for GHL: > 1. Telegram Native Integration: Adding Telegram to the 'Conversations' tab would instantly unlock thousands of agencies in Eastern Europe where WhatsApp/SMS adoption for business is low.
  1. Russian/Cyrillic Localization: Most Slavic business owners are multi-lingual but their clients are not. Full Cyrillic support in the UI is the only thing stopping a mass migration from local CRMs (like Bitrix24 or AmoCRM) to GHL.
You are leaving a massive percentage of the EMEA market on the table. When is Telegram hitting the roadmap?
