GHL has a limitation when we connect more than one number with the OFFICIAL API. Simply in the chat session it is not possible to choose which number I will send a message to the customer by.
If I have a service number and another for a specific seller, they won't be able to talk to the customer until they activate an automation that sends a message with that number.
Within the CRM, the tool will always be passive, depending on the last number the customer contacted to answer.
Suggestion: Attach Users to the number, option to send a message even as a template (with the option to choose the number) and view which number received the customer's message - since the number is not connected to BUSINESS.
